Infinity Supps — Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 3pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak sales or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Standard Shipping
- For orders under $200 shipping is calculated at checkout, orders over $200 (under 5kg) qualify for free shipping.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to Australia Post delays, weather events or peak periods.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Click & Collect (Jimboomba Store)
Free local pickup is available during store trading hours.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Please bring:

Valid ID (if requested)
Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Infinity Supps is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for paying re-delivery fees.
6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
If your parcel is:

Lost

Marked as delivered but not received

Stuck in transit
Please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis once the courier completes their investigation.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days with:

Your order number

Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
8. Items Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Failed delivery attempts

Uncollected pickup parcels
We can reship the order, but additional shipping fees will apply.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Infinity Supps ships within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
10. Shipping of Restricted or Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some supplements may be affected by heat during transit (e.g., chocolate-coated products).
Infinity Supps is not responsible for minor heat-related changes during shipping.
Refunds will not be issued for heat-affected products unless they are deemed faulty.
