Infinity Supps — Returns & Refund Policy

At Infinity Supps, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to health and safety regulations within the supplement industry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, flavour preference, or if you simply no longer want the item.

To be eligible for any return, products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With all seals intact

Opened items cannot be returned under any circumstances.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect / wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will require:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will issue either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


Manufacturer Defects

Some products (e.g., tubs with minor dents, powder clumping, or seal quirks) can occur during shipping from the manufacturer and may not affect product quality.
However, if an item is clearly defective or compromised, we will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Store Credits & Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Store credits will be issued as an online gift card and never expire.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Infinity Supps is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.


In-Store Returns (Jimboomba)

Returns for faulty or incorrect items can also be handled in-store.
Please bring:

  • The product

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos if applicable

Our team will happily assist.


Supplements & Food Items – Safety Disclaimer

For hygiene, safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened consumables

  • Partially used items

  • Products exposed to heat, moisture or contamination
